Week 5 pt.2 Check-Sheets

I just want to let everyone know that I noticed that, when I made the check-sheets this week, I forgot to unblock Monday’s gym slots. Last week, you couldn’t get points on Monday because the club was closed. This week, please ignore the shading on Monday’s cardio and strength boxes, and feel free to get as MANY cardio points as you can that day! 🙂 Thanks!

    i have started work and i realize that i’ve gotten off track.— i won’t be able to make the potlucks anymore :o(
    i have made positive changes (much more mindful…water, flossing, breakfast…) and i am grateful for the challenge. we’ll see what i can do to get down to the club. i so need the exercise!
